Online Classes
Dive into a regular Yoga practice that will take you on a journey towards releasing physical tension, gaining mental clarity, and an ability to live your life with more purpose. All from the comfort of your own home.
The more dynamic classes include DynamicVinyasa Flow and Rocket Yoga practices. Expect a fun, creative, and energising sequence. Yin & Yang Flows take you through a creative flow in the first part of the practice before then taking time to really wind down and feel physically and mentally ready for the next week through 30 minutes of Yin Yoga. A great way to balance out the more dynamic classes.

Hanumanasana Flow – Power Flow with focus on mobility for splits.

Handstand Conditioning Class 1 – Strength Focus.
