One live class and two recorded classes every week. The more dynamic classes include a Power Yoga and Rocket Yoga practice. The practice moves from a fast-paced, fun and energising sequence into calming and grounding postures towards the end.

The weekly Yin & Yang Flow takes you through a creative flow in the first part of the practice before then taking time to really wind down and feel physically and mentally ready for the next week through 30 minutes of Yin Yoga. A great way to balance out the more dynamic classes.
