Alongside practicing TM (Transcendental Meditation), I first started taking Yoga Workshops with Yogacharya Jadranko Miklec in 2008. However, it wasn’t until moving abroad and discovering Ashtanga-based practices like Power and Rocket Yoga when my asana practice really became an integral part of my daily routine.
I teach a number of styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Rocket, Yin/Yang, and Yin Yoga. Being trained as a dancer and choreographer, I use this knowledge to develop creative asana sequences that build physical and mental strength, enhance balance and mobility, and help regulate the nervous system. The Yin Yoga practice speaks to me in the way that it really emphasises making Yoga accessible to everyone’s individual anatomy, and I take this approach into my more dynamic classes as well. It is important for me to create an environment where my students can feel at ease. I aim to create a space where there’s time to play and challenge yourself, but I equally hold space to respect your body and its needs in that very moment. In my dynamic classes, you will have the opportunity to float through your handstands and arm balances, or you can choose to go into more gentle variations that I provide throughout the class. Having started my teaching journey with primarily dynamic styles, I have found myself increasingly being drawn to more gentle and mindful approaches to balance out the high pace of London life. I have trained with The Power Yoga Company, The Yoga People, Jadranko Miklec, Dieter Junk, and Cal Wansbrough.
In 2020, I also established my own online Yoga community. Find out more.

Not sure which kind of class is the right one for you? Have a look at what to expect:

(Dynamic) Vinyasa Flow

In Vinyasa Flow classes we move fluently from asana to asana. We connect our movement with our breath and move through an energising and creative flow. The Dynamic Vinyasa classes add a little bit of pace and options for more challenging postures if the student feels ready.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a slow-paced yoga style where passive, often floor-based poses are held for long periods to target the body’s connective tissue. It helps calm the nervous system leaving you feeling deeply restored.

Mindful Flow

A slightly slower Vinyasa Flow class with emphasis on how we move mindfully from one pose to another. It finishes with a touch of Yin Yoga to leave you feeling both energised and restored.

Rocket Yoga

Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, fast-paced form of Yoga. With its roots in Ashtanga it has a strong emphasis on building strength for arm balances and inversions and gives options to move into more advanced postures if the student feels ready. The energising and uplifting sequence has been developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco during the 1980s.

Power Yoga

Similar to Rocket Yoga, Power Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced style. However, classes tend to vary a lot more as the style is not based on a set sequence. Expect to move through a creative and challenging flow.

Yin & Yang Yoga

Yin & Yang combines a dynamic Vinyasa Flow with Yin Yoga. It creates the perfect balance moving from an energising flow into deep stretches in the end of the class. Yin & Yang helps you build both strength and flexibility and it will leave you feeling balanced and at ease.
